PARENTS SUPPORTING PARENTS WELCOMES YOU
Hope Is Where the Heart Is
At parents supporting parents, we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others.
Parents Supporting Parents is a support and advocacy for a non-profit organization. We established ourselves during the beginning of the corona-virus pandemic.
We realize with so much happening, that parents were not getting answers or support while asking the tough questions. We will not accept silence when it comes to remote learning, unemployment, rent forgiveness, and food security, we demand more. Just in the first three months of the pandemic, we have connected our parents with the following people via virtual conferencing,
Public Advocates Office
State Assembly Members
Borough President Candidate
Council Woman Candidate Johanna Garcia
Our mission is to speak up and support parents who may not think they have a voice and/or may not think they have the support and so forth.
So far during COVID-19, we have offered financial support through donations to assist parents with the following
Educational devices for children
Events and Rallies
Plus much more
We also provide emotional support with our weekly support group called Parent Talk just to check in with our parents' needs and assessments. We are proud to say we haven't missed a Parents Talk meeting yet.
Parents Supporting Parents NYC inc is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work every day to promote positive change.
